The bathroom setup left a lot to be desired. toiletries were minimal, and finding a towel bar or shelving was nearly impossible, which made organization difficult. The lack of service during self check-in and check-out left guests feeling a bit abandoned without any guidance, and those dirty cups upon arrival weren't a great start. Overall, it felt like more attention could've been paid to the cleanliness and maintenance standards.

The outdoor decks and common areas delivered the perfect atmosphere to unwind. A fantastic spot right across from the beach!

The location by the beach was fantastic, and the Queen Room was spacious and clean, with comfortable pillows. However, the bathroom was small and lacked proper organization features, leaving us with minimal toiletries. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes were self-service, which made us feel a bit abandoned without staff support.

The view was breathtaking, right across from the beach, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing with a drink. I loved the fire pits that added a cozy vibe to the evenings. The proximity to various restaurants and activities made it easy to explore Penticton without needing a car. However, I did find the kitchenette a bit cramped, and some more kitchen utensils would have been appreciated.

We were greeted by friendly staff who made the atmosphere really casual and cute. I loved grabbing coffee in the morning and chatting with other guests, it felt like we were part of a community!

Great stay at Okanagan Lakefront Resort! The Queen Room was spacious and clean, with comfortable pillows. The location right by the lake made it easy for my family to enjoy walks on the beach and explore nearby cafes and restaurants. The cooking facilities were a great addition for making meals.

The beds could be larger.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and its surrounding cafes and restaurants. The lovely deck offered a beautiful space to enjoy coffee while taking in the view, and the homemade jams served for breakfast were a delightful touch. However, the room could have used larger beds and better soundproofing as noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. Some areas appeared to need further renovations, but the overall cleanliness was commendable.

the location is incredible, just steps from the beach and local eateries. the staff was friendly and offered great recommendations for dining (the nearby mexican restaurant was a hit! ). laundry facilities were convenient too.

more kitchen utensils would be nice.

It was just a strong match for a quick weekend visit in Penticton with good value considering the price it charged. The staff provided great tips on local spots, making our meals and activities more enjoyable. Bring your own coffee maker as they only provide a basic option in the rooms.
